Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and dry them with a clean, lint-free towel.
Remove the contact lens from its case and inspect it to ensure it is clean, moist, and free of any defects.
With your index finger, gently pull down your lower eyelid. With your middle finger, gently pull up your upper eyelid to open your eye wide.
Slowly and carefully place the contact lens directly on your eye, making sure it centers properly.
Blink a few times to allow the lens to settle and focus your vision.
Repeat the process for your other eye.
Removing Colored Multifocal Contacts:
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, and dry them with a clean, lint-free towel.
Gently pull down your lower eyelid with your index finger, colored multifocal contact lenses and then use your middle finger to apply gentle pressure on the upper part of the contact lens to cause it to slide down.
Slowly and carefully pinch the contact lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it from your eye.
Repeat the process for your other eye.
